$25 SB Squares for Dystonia - Grid 2



How to Play


SB Squares for Dystonia is a fundraising game benefiting the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation (DMRF). 50% of the proceeds raised through this game will help support dystonia research, education, advocacy, and patient support programs, and 50% will be distributed to winners!

Numbers will be randomly assigned to the grid on Saturday, February 7, at 2:00 p.m. CT—keep an eye on your email to find out which scores you'll be cheering for!

            How it works:

            Play by clicking "Enter Picks" in the top navigation menu, or by scrolling to the bottom of this page. 

            The game board consists of 100 squares, arranged in a 10 x 10 grid.

            Participants select one or more squares on the board.

            Once all squares have been selected, the numbers 0-9 will randomly be assigned:

            • Across the X-axis (columns) for the NFC team
            • Down the Y-axis (rows) for the AFC team

            These numbers represent the last digit of each team's score at the end of each scoring period. 

            Example:

            If the score is AFC 38 - NFC 25, the winning square is:

            • AFC row: 8
            • NFC column: 5

            Winning Squares and Payout Structure

            Winning squares are determined at four points during the game:

            • End of 1st Quarter: 10% of total proceeds
            • End of 2nd Quarter: 10% of total proceeds
            • End of 3rd Quarter: 10% of total proceeds
            • End of Game (Final Score): 20% of total proceeds

            Total distributed to winners: 50%

              Total donated to the DMRF: 50%

              Winner Notification and Payment

              Winners will be contacted by email on February 9.

              Winners must provide a valid USPS mailing address in order to receive payment.

              Checks will be mailed on February 9, 2026, pending receipt of mailing address.

              • Selected squares will be held for 48 hours.
              • If payment is not received within 48 hours, your selected squares will be released and made available to other participants.

              You may submit payment in either of the following ways:

              Payment Amount

              Please be sure to update the quantity to match the total number of squares you selected.

              For example:

              • 2 squares x $25 each = $50
              • 5 squares x $25 each = $125
