KTX BLAZE 2K14- Super Bowl Square FUNDRAISER 

Our Team is raising funds to help aid in their Spring/Summer 2026 Season to include a World Series Trip to Panama City, FL this Summer. We greatly appreciate your support and look forward to making this a rewarding season for the girls. We couldn't do all of this without your generosity so THANK YOU!

Process

• Select Square(s) and enter your name or initials and include the supported player in the field labeled "DISPLAY NAME"
• Payment is due at the time you select and populate the squares and to be paid via Venmo @Sandy-Franks-4  OR  Zelle 281-726-9913.
• When making payment, you must add a note of your name and square #'s. Would be helpful to have player name referenced also.

• Team numbers (0–9) are randomly assigned to the grid after all squares are filled and will be sent via the email you submit.

Scoring & Winners

• Winners are determined by the last digit of each team’s score at the end of:

  • 1st Quarter

  • 2nd Quarter (Halftime)

  • 3rd Quarter

  • Final Score

• Each quarter is scored independently.

• Overtime (if played) counts toward the final score only.

Payouts

• 50% of total funds collected will be donated to KTX Blaze 2K14 team account.

• The remaining 50% is paid out to winners

• Payout Structure

  • 1st Quarter: $200

  • 2nd Quarter: $200

  • 3rd Quarter: $200

  • Final Score: $400

• If a square is unclaimed, the payout for that quarter carries over or is handled at the organizer’s discretion.

General Conditions

• Payment instruction reminder will also be sent via email.

• All sales are final once numbers are assigned.

• The organizer’s interpretation of these rules is final.

Payments can be made via Venmo @Sandy-Franks-4  OR  Zelle 281-726-9913. If you need an alternative payment method, please contact your supported player's parents to make arrangements.

Payment is due at the time you submit your square selection. Will allow an additional 48 hrs for payment as long as you communicate the request to the player family or Sandy at 281-726-9913. Unpaid squares may be released or reassigned at the organizer’s discretion.
