Join us for one of our favorite fundraisers of the year! The Naptown Sluggers Super Bowl Squares is a fun, easy way to enjoy the big game and support our teams as they head to the Gay Softball World Series (GSWS).

❤️ Where the Money Goes

This fundraiser directly supports the Naptown Sluggers teams traveling to GSWS, helping cover:

• Tournament fees

• Travel & lodging

• Team expenses

💵 Cost & Payment

• $10 per square

• Buy as many squares as you’d like!

How to Pay:

• Venmo: @jon-brenes (preferred)

• Cash or other payment options:

  • You must notify Jon Brenes or any Naptown Sluggers player to coordinate payment.

⚠️ Squares are not guaranteed until payment is received.

📋 How the Game Works

1. Choose Your Squares

   • The board has 100 squares (10 x 10).

   • Each square can be claimed by one participant.

2. Random Numbers Assigned

   • Once all squares are sold, numbers 0–9 are randomly assigned to:

     • One Super Bowl team across the top

     • The other team down the side

   • These numbers represent the last digit of each team’s score.

3. How Winners Are Determined

   • At the end of each scoring period, the last digit of each team’s score determines the winning square.

   Example:

   • Score: AFC 17 – NFC 14

   • Winning square = AFC 7 / NFC 4

🏆 Winnings Breakdown (50/50 Fundraiser)

This is a true 50/50 fundraiser:

• 50% → Supports Naptown Sluggers GSWS travel

• 50% → Paid out to winning squares

Prize Payouts:

• End of 1st Quarter: 10%

• End of 2nd Quarter (Halftime): 10%

• End of 3rd Quarter: 10%

• End of Game (Final Score): 20%

📣 Winner Announcements & Payouts

• Winners will be announced on our Facebook page

• Winners will be notified directly by phone or email

• Payouts will be made via:

  • Venmo

  • Cash

⚠️ Important Notes

• This is a fundraising activity, not gambling.

• No refunds once squares are purchased.

• Participants must be 18 years or older.

• Naptown Sluggers reserve the right to resolve any disputes.

💳 Payment & Square Confirmation

Payment collection is managed by the Naptown Sluggers Admin Team.

Participants must submit payment using the approved method below to secure their square:

• Venmo (preferred): @jon-brenes

If you need to use another payment method (such as cash), you must contact Jon Brenes or a Naptown Sluggers player directly to make arrangements before the payment deadline.

To keep the fundraiser fair and running smoothly:

• Squares are not confirmed until payment is received

• Unpaid squares may be removed at the Admin’s discretion

• Removed squares will be released so other participants may claim them

This process helps us keep the board full, organized, and successful in raising funds for our GSWS teams.
